Our 2025-2027 Business Plan is currently under development in consultation with staff and our community. This plan will shape the future of our College to support outstanding student outcomes. 

Staff are currently collaborating to determine strategies that will be implemented College wide, to progress our College priorities, to improve student outcomes.

College Purpose and Vision

Our purpose is to provide our students with teaching excellence in a culture that is focused on student achievement, innovation and creativity.  

Our vision is to be a learning community that has a supportive and inclusive culture and provides experiences which enable every student to achieve their personal success.    

College Priorities

1. Excellence in Teaching - Excellence in Teaching prioritises the whole college focus of positive and effective learning experiences that meet the needs of all students.
2. Successful Students    - Successful students are supported, engaged learners, and active participants in their own progression towards achieving their personal best.   
3. Staff Wellbeing and Development - With a focus on individual and collective wellbeing, all staff are empowered and supported to reflect and continuously develop their practice and capabilities.  
4. College Culture  - John Forrest SC prioritises the active contribution of all members of the College community to develop and sustain our culture of belonging, connection and celebration.
